ABOUT US

Diversity is at the core of what we do.

We invest in a diverse range of Australian agriculture assets.

Australian Agri Fund was born from taking over the management of a wheat farm portfolio in Western Australia.

From that experience, we identified the myriad of opportunities available to investors in Australian farms and related assets.

Our investment approach incorporates diversifying farming, regenerative farming and clean energy.

OUR HISTORY

Southern Agri Fund

Southern Agri Fund was a portfolio of 13 wheat farms in Western Australia with a combined area of 100,000 acres.

All farms operated on a farmer lease or sharecropping agreements.

The aim of the fund was to create capital growth.

In 2022, the farms were put to the market as it was apparent the farm values were peaking.

Original purchase price   $15.3m
